Hi, I’m Zoe Qiu — a Learning Experience Designer and Knowledge Visualization practitioner, and a graduate student in Educational Technology at Concordia University. I work at the intersection of learning design, data literacy, and visual communication, with a focus on making complex ideas clear, usable, and human-centered.
I believe the best design ideas are born from curiosity and empathy. Whether designing learning journeys, job aids, or visual narratives, I aim to help people understand and apply information with confidence. In large organizational settings, I also bring experience in positioning and promoting training initiatives to support visibility, engagement, and adoption.
Based in Montréal, my work is shaped by collaboration across time zones, teams, and cultures, designing learning solutions for global audiences and fast-changing contexts. Through design, storytelling, and technology, I strive to connect people and make learning come alive.
